OUR GUARANTEE
All of the parts in this catalog are the very best available. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied or
happy with the quality of any part. Please return it within thirty (30) days from the invoice date for a
full credit, exchange or refund. Some manufacturers issue their own warranties, and in all cases these warranties would apply.
TERMS
All orders are credit card, or pre-pay only. A company/personal check or money order is
acceptable for prepay. Please make your checks payable to AAPD.NET.
ORDERING
All domestic orders will be shipped via UPS. All orders will have a
$3.50 service and handling charge. In the event of a backorder, we will
automatically ship it to you if it becomes available within 30 days of your
order otherwise we will notify you when it becomes available. We will keep your
item on backorder until it ships or until you request to cancel the backorder.
There is a minimum backorder shipping fee of $8.00 on any backordered items that
ship after your initial order.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We no longer ship international orders, sorry!
DAMAGES
Damages should be reported to our customer service department immediately. Our
staff will contact UPS or the common carrier and determine corrective action to resolve your
situation.
PRICE CHANGES AND PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
The prices and parts reflected in this catalog are based on the costs and availability of the parts at the time of
publishing. AAPD.NET reserves the right to change prices and availability without notice.
LIABILITY
AAPD.NET is not, and will not be liable for any damage, personal property, or any injury
resulting in, or caused by the use or misuse of any part we sell and/or manufacture. The customer assumes all responsibility
and risk in purchasing and using these parts.
SHIPPING
OUR SHIPPING COMMITMENT: ALL ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED WITHIN 24-48 HOURS OF RECEIPT UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED.
All order are shipped via U.P.S. unless otherwise specified. All shipping charges are added
to your invoice.
Oversize items are packages that are greater than 84" in length and girth. Oversized boxes weighing less than 30
lbs will be billed at the 30 lb rate. U.P.S. will not accept items over 108" in length or 130" in length and girth, these items
will be shipped by motor freight. We cannot ship C.O.D.
U.P.S. offers a variety of services. Please specify if you want something shipped OTHER than
U.P.S. standard ground freight. U.P.S. services are as follows:
- RED LABEL/SATURDAY DELIVERY - Emergency situations only. Premium service, Premium price.
- RED LABEL - Next day air. Also a premium price
- BLUE LABEL - Second day service. Not as expensive as Red Label, but, if necessary is available. Also a premium price.
- 3 DAY SELECT - Possibly the best value. Almost as inexpensive as ground, it guarantees delivery in three
days.
- U.P.S. GROUND TRACKING. - allows us to Find the location of your shipment, in a matter of minutes.
- INSURANCE - all boxes carry insurance for the full value.
RETURNS
All returns require a RGA number (Returned Goods Authorization). Any return without an RGA number may be
refused by our receiving department. Please make sure an RGA is obtained before returning goods. Failure to get an
RGA, regardless of the problem, removes any possibility of return Freight being credited to your account.
Returned goods will be accepted up to thirty (30) days From the date of invoice.
Special Order Returns: Special orders are items that are not available in our catalog which must be
ordered. Special order items which are returned carry a 50% restocking fee, regardless of the invoice date. Some very
special orders must be prepaid. These orders are not returnable.
In most cases, the customer will be asked to provide return freight. If you are returning unwanted parts, the freight
will be paid by the customer. In no instance will a call tag be issued for unwanted parts, regular return
freight or damaged goods. No C.O.D'S will be accepted For return merchandise. Call tags will be issued only in the case of a sales or shipping
error. To help speed up the process we recommend that you receive a RGA number, return the goods freight prepaid by
you and we will issue a credit to your account to cover standard ground service freight.
Non-returnable items are publication, wiring, some special orders, electrical parts, decals, stripe kits
and Avery Floor Mats. All items
returned (unless damaged or defective) must be in good saleable condition, and are
subject to a restocking charge. Willful refusal of shipment will result in the return
freight and service charges being billed back to the customer. If you are not present
for delivery, the same will apply. The only exception is a clear sales or shipping error.
